We are based in Pakistan. We sell online, however we don’t have a physical shop yet.
Q: How do I know the quality of your products is good?

Q: How do I know I’m buying Official albums/Merch if I order from your store?
We place orders directly on Weverse and deal with official KPOP suppliers.
Rest Assured that all Albums you buy from us will be counted on Hanteo and Goan sales charts.
Q: Do you send out Official Merch on COD?
Yes, we send out all instock merch on COD as well as preordered items. However depending on your ordered item and band’s popularity this is subject to change.
Q: How do I prebook official merch?
To prebook official merch items add them in the cart and fill in your information as you normally would for any item. We will contact and confirm the order with you again and tell you the conditions accordingly. If the item you are looking for is not available on our website kindly contact us directly. We will see its availability with our supplier and inform you.
Q: What if I want to cancel my order?
Order cancellation time is 48 hours after order placement. Orders once processed can’t be cancelled and the customer must receive them at door. In case of order refusal of Official merch, your personal information will be shared on our social media so that other buyers are aware of you as well.
Q: In how many days will I receive my official merch order?
Official merch is shipped all the way from Korea. Standard shipping time is 15-25 days but depending on present situation it may take more. We have no control over time duration of merch shipped from Korea.
