Damages / Wrong product
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable products
If you have received the parcel and opened it, it cannot be negotiated to be changed later on. You have received the product in good condition so any change of mind later on is the buyer’s responsibility. We will only send out what you ask for. No exchanges can be made after the parcel is unsealed.
We offer 100% refund in case your ordered item is damaged during shipping. We will bear the losses in such condition and reach out to you to make sure you get your refund.
